One of the units, either the dyno or the gtech were not calibrated correctly. Dyno numbers should always be higher because they do not have to deal with traction and wind resistance, which is a big factor. Launching the car should have nothing to do with power numbers either. You don't launch on a dyno, nor do the gtech instructions tell you to. You are supposed to test for power in 2nd/3rd gear, from a rolling start.
